 Meg Keeble

I was brought up in Northumberland and became a teacher of English and Geography, spending 20 years with my husband and family working around the world from Africa to Canada, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands - and then Wales, with its rich cultural and artistic background. Since retiring and returning to Northumberland, my interest in drawing and painting has increased and expanded through Art Courses, Painting Holidays and absorption of new ideas, techniques and inspiration. My paintings today are more varied and often in mixed media.  From pastels and oils, I have moved to watercolour, acrylic and collage.  Experimentation with textures and different media provide a never-ending learning process, excitement and fun.
