Whats on!

One aspect of the government lifting legal restrictions is that we can now plan a few events and hope to get back to some regular activities.

Special exhibitions -

As part of our Stairwell Exhibition for August Graham Caffull and Richard Hall are going to hold a 'Meet the Artists' afternoon, 1.30 - 3.30 on Sunday 22nd August

The studio exhibition space has been hosting three new members work in June and July and one of the exhibitors, Natasha Armstrong has done extremely well in her MA Fine Art module partly as a result of the opportunity. We are happy to help.

The next exhibition will link in with Great Big Green Week, 18 - 26th September and run in September and October. We will want paintings featuring ancient, venerable heritage and notable trees in Northumberland, Newcastle and North Tyneside.

This a a resource which is being built and you might be able to contribute to it! You will notice that Rothbury has a lot of trees mapped and that is because the only tree wardens group in northumberland is in Rothbury.

Thirty four members are taking part in this exhibition 'Enjoy our Trees'

Finally, this virus is not going away and we want to end table sharing in the studio and buy individual folding tables. We have six large , non stackable, non foldable 3ft x 5ft tables that we would like to give away rather than destroy. Please phone the gallery 01669 621557or email if you can make use of them.
